Carriage:

Most orders are sent by DHL parcel service. This is usually a next day service, but not guaranteed. If your order has not been received in 4-5 days please give us a call. Some items are made to order and therefore will take longer to be delivered. You should be notified of this when you place your order. Smaller items are sent by registered or recorded post. Please telephone for prices of delivery to Channel Islands, Isle Of Man, Ireland or International destinations.

Returns:

We hope you will be completely satisfied with our service. If a mistake has occurred we will accept most items for return. Items ordered incorrectly will incur a 15% handling and admin charge. Carriage charges cannot be refunded. If a mistake is ours, full refunds will be given. Please ensure you order the correct parts for the correct model. All parts must be returned within 14 days and errors or damaged goods must be notified within 48 hours of delivery.
